Have personal information about PM Modi’s corruption: Rahul Gandhi

Congress vice president Rahul Gandhi said on Wednesday that he has personal information about Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s corruption but he wasn’t being allowed to speak about it in the Parliament.

Gandhi didn’t elaborate on the information he has. Gandhi has been sparring with Modi over the government’s recall of high-value banknotes that has been criticised by the Opposition, but this was the first time he has cast aspersions on the Prime Minister who has never been accused of corruption.

“The PM is terrified about the information I have,” Gandhi said in a press conference in Parliament building.

“I have information about Narendra Modi’s corruption which I want to reveal in Lok Sabha.”
He said that the Opposition is ready for an unconditional debate on demonetisation.

“The government is not allowing me to speak. Modi has destroyed millions of lives. It is our right to speak,” he said.
